Practical and accessible for all, we offer mindfulness training that helps you to navigate life from a new perspective. Working with thoughts, emotions and the challenges of life, mindful living can open the door to freedom, space and joy in life. 

Like painting a beautiful picture, writing a stunning poem or growing and tending to plants in the garden, mindfulness is an elegant, simple and beautiful art form.  We are on a mission to give mindful living some root's, to allow it to go beyond the cliches, a way of being, a way of navigating our fast-paced world.

We offer gentle and serene day retreats throughout the year, monthly online mindful living community sessions, monthly mindful walks in nature and bespoke 1-1 mindful living coaching. We walk alongside you in your own journey to a mindful life, with lots of support along the way.
