About the Event
Midweek meditation session, free to join. The session consists of a gentle guided meditation hosted by Roger Hunt, founder of Alder Tree Mindfulness, and a great way to support your ongoing mindfulness practice. 30-minutes to reconnect, recharge and restore.
The session includes a 15-20 minute guided meditation and some time after the meditation for inquiry, reflection and to connect as a community.
