Throughout the pandemic and for the rest of 2020, we are offering this free drop-in session every Wednesday evening. The session consists of a gentle guided meditation hosted by Roger Hunt, founder of Alder Tree Mindfulness, and a great way to support your ongoing mindfulness practice. 30-minutes to reconnect, recharge and restore.
