After several wake up calls, from dealing with my own health and mental wellness, the loss of a close family member and realising that it was time to “wake up”, I embarked on a journey of discovery, a journey to remake a life from the inside out, to stand on this earth with a sense of belonging, a sense of purpose and meaning but most of all to re-discover the joy of living.
Following a decade of study into what makes us humans tick and then graduating as a coach in 2018, it is a privilege to walk alongside others in rediscovering the joy of living again and helping people to restore a sense of belonging, to develop a strong back and a soft heart in this journey of life, to access their unique strengths and values and to fully embrace their true authentic nature.
I live with my partner and our little long-haired Jack Russell (who often features in his work!). When I am not coaching, I like nothing more than to be out immersed in nature. Being a new convert to open water swimming, I can be found most weekends submerged in a lake! or spending time with those that reminded m that within us all is a jewel of joy, waiting to be discovered again.
“Sometimes you have to fall before you can climb. When we find ourselves lost, wondering what it is all about, pause, this is our gateway to a sea change, an opportunity to remake a life, to leave behind exhaustion, to embark on a new journey of discovery, it is never too late to be who you were all along”
